We will be having an evening wedding. Seating begins at 4:00 p.m., with the ceremony starting at 4:30 p.m. Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour and dinner reception.

We ask guests to please dress in formal to cocktail attire, and to bring a masquerade mask for our subtle Phantom of the Opera theme. Following the ceremony, part of the cocktail hour and reception will be a masquerade. We request guests "dress up" by wearing their masquerade mask.

Please do not wear the Phantom mask.

While we adore your children, we have chosen for our wedding day to be a 21+ occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day.

We are planning to hang out at Tarantula Hill Brewing Co. on Friday from around 12pm to about 4pm to get the chance to actually spend time with guests before our big day. If anyone under 21 would like to attend, we would love to see them there!

We have a hotel block with the Palm Garden Hotel in Thousand Oaks. This hotel is about 15 minutes from the venue. If you would like more information about the hotel block, please click here! The last day to reserve a room at the room block's discounted rate is September 28th, 2026.

Staying at the Palm Garden Hotel is not required. Please use Underwood Family Farms' address, 3370 Sunset Valley Rd, Moorpark, CA 93021, as a reference, if you are interested in other accommodations.

Yes! The venue has ample complimentary parking for all guests.

The ceremony will take place outdoors in a beautiful courtyard. The reception will be held inside a structure that is protected from the elementes.

October in Moorpark is typically warm and pleasant, with average temperatures in the low-60s to mid-70s°F. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening as temperatures can cool down.

Yes! We will be serving a buffet-style dinner.

Yes, we will have a full open bar featuring wine, beer, and signature cocktails throughout the reception.

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day. We kindly ask that you enjoy the ceremony unplugged and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony itself. Please feel free to take photos during the reception!
